Assistant Accountant

Sellick Partnership are exclusively recruiting to an assistant accountant for a fast growing organisation in Newcastle under Lyme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious AAT qualified accountant to join an organisation that has seen significant growth since it opened in 2017.

Key responsibilities for the Assistant Accountant:

  • Accounts Preparation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Payroll
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with queries by phone or email

Experience required for the Assistant Accountant:

  • AAT level 4
  • Experience using Xero is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic
  • At least 12 months experience, preferably working in a practice environment.

Our client are practising Safe Distancing rules within the office together with sanitising stations around the office. Other procedures are in place too.
