Assistant Management Accountant

  • Preparation of supplier payment runs
  • Processing and reconciliation of all credit card and petty cash transactions
  • Maintaining and reconciliation of sales day book through invoicing system and Excel
  • Assisting Finance Manager with monthly management accounts preparation
  • Dealing with customer invoice queries
  • Customer statements and outstanding debt reporting
  • Processing and reconciliation of currency bank accounts
  • Maintain Excel Fixed Asset register
  • Monthly expenditure analysis
  • Monthly sales and cash reporting to parent company
  • Preparation of accruals and prepayments
  • Preparation and processing of manual journal entries
  • Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations

The ideal candidate:

  • Should be AAT or degree level qualified
  • Ideally part qualified CIMA or ACCA, or working toward
  • Proficient in Excel
