Assistant Management Accountant

Due to an exciting period of growth, a well-established public sector organisation based in Liverpool City Centre is currently looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract to join their dynamic and growing Finance team.

As Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Liasing with budget holders
  • Generate monthly budget reports
  • Generate quarterly forecasts
  • Assist Finance Business Partners with the annual budget setting

As Assistant Management Accountant you will have the following skill set:

  • Strong management accounts background
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Part qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent
  • Experience in the public sector is advantageous
