Building Surveyor
FTC - 12 months

Sellick Partnership are working with an organisation who are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team ASAP

Responsibilities of a Building Surveyor include:

• Keeping an in depth and up to date knowledge of all legislation, building regulations, British Standards and best practice relating to areas of compliance relevant to the role
• Day to day management of repairs and servicing contracts
• Carry out building surveys, building pathology, and fire risk assessments
• Management of the project costs and budgets specific to the role
• Understand the principles of quality, safety and the environment within the management of projects
• Completing post inspections of work
• Supporting the senior managers in their day-to-day activities

Required skills and experience of the Building Surveyor:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Joinery
• Full UK Driving License
