Are you a competent surveyor? Have you inspected public or commercial buildings?
Our client, a local authority in Oxfordshire is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Maintenance and Property Services division to service non-housing stock. This could include working on community centres, leased properties and other public buildings.
Duties of the Building Surveyor role will include, but is not limited to:
- Completing contract administration
- Conducting surveys
- Producing dilapidation reports
- Liaising with clients
- Working as part of an overall trades team
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification in surveying
- Experience in a similar position
- Full driving licence
- RICS qualified (desirable, but not essential)
