Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for two Business Support Officer Locum Roles for our Public Sector Client based in the Yorkshire Region.

One of the roles would be full-time and the other would be on a part-time basis. Initially both roles would be for a 6 month period, with possibility of extension as they are looking to permanently recruit. Both Business Support officer positions would involve a mix of both office and home working.

Key responsibilities for each of the Business Support Officers would include;

  • Responsible for administration and routine management of a range of administrative processes and procedures
  • Administration support to the legal team
  • Supporting with legal case management systems
  • Managing legal diaries and legal inboxes
  • Raising purchase order numbers
  • Supporting with streamlining systems
  • Signing and sealing documents

Candidates from an administrative background are encouraged to apply, having a legal understanding is advantageous, however not essential.

This role would be a chance to for someone with admin experience to gain an understanding of legal admin in more depth. The team consists of a couple of buisness support members already, reporting to the practice manager in the team.
