Our client is a European household name that would sit very easily on your CV. As a Business Change Partner your remit across the UK within a successful and motivated team who flourish with continual progression and promotion is to drive cultural change and improvement. Thought leadership. Experience of "customer experience". Employee engagement. Communication and relationship building are key areas for you to consider in this role.
Working with suppliers, trade unions and the organisation itself the opportunity is both challenging and inspiring as you will have a direct proposition to change individuals behaviour directly through your personality. In addition core experiences and responsibilities should focus on Lean Six Sigma; Data Analytics; Implementing Business Change and embracing continual measurable improvement.
Working within the Senior Management Team you will require the skills to influence people and push through key messaging. Facilitating 'collaborative working' are very much at the front of this role as developing and delivering business cases for effective change will ultimately influence the transformation of the culture.
Further your personality should be inquisitive, creative and empathetic. Egos don't come into play within this dynamic organisation which are committed to improvement. Robust targets will sit alongside Lean Six Sigma which will underpins the continuous improvement that the overall strategy is wrapped around.
