37 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday 07:30am to 15:30pm

Our public sector client is looking for an experience Caretaker to join their team on a permanent basis. The key purpose of the role is to provide a high quality comprehensive caretaking and cleaning service, working to documented cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Caretaker:

• Periodic cleaning
• Descaling
• Floor maintenance
• Small office moves

Essential criteria for the Caretaker:

• Experience of caretaking/handyperson duties or similar
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
• Clear DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
