Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced Administrator

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake the CDM Advisor role for building and refurbishment as well as regeneration projects (inclusive of new build and demolitions) to provide guidance of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015

  • Maintain accurate records and input data into compliance data base

  • Undertake pre-construction surveys and produce pre-construction information packs

  • Undertake site inspections/CDM audits to comply with the Health and Safety requirements

  • Lead in the development of the Health and Safety File production in relation to schemes of work

  • Undertake review of Construction Phase Plans, Risk assessments, Method statements and other associated documentation required prior to schemes of work commencing

  • Carry out inspection of work-in progress and finished works to ensure projects are completed to a high standard, within designated timescales and in compliance with relevant legislation

  • Ensure that all necessary information is in place prior to the commencement of any schemes of work updating the CDM compliance database

  • Keep up to date with current legislation, best practice and thinking with respect to relevant technical developments in the construction industry, particularly those related to design, specification and management of works on site

  • Provide support and advice to project managers, team leaders, contractors etc in matters relating to health & safety

The Successful person will have:

  • HNC/HND and/or equivalent work experience (preferred)

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (preferred)
