Childcare Advocate is required to join a specialised practice with the ability to work across three sites in the Home Counties and East Anglia region.

The practice is currently looking at building a specialised advocacy team within their childcare legal teams so the positions will be newly created roles within the practice. You will be travelling to different courts on a regular basis and undertaking advocacy on all public childcare cases.

The successful candidate will have higher rights of audience or will be a Barrister who has a real passion for childcare law. The client is happy to hear from experienced candidates who have undertaken advocacy in contested and final hearings up to 3-5 days. We would also be interested to hear from candidates who have strong experience in public childcare law and advocacy but looking to move their career to a more advocacy focused position.

You will have the flexibility to prepare from home on the days you will be attending court but they will like to see some office presence in the first instance to build up relationships with the solicitors in the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is happy to travel to different courts on a regular basis and someone who is able to drive.
