Fantastic development opportunity for a Junior Childcare Lawyer to join a large, forward-thinking Local Authority in East Anglia on a locum basis.

Our client's busy team is seeking a hard-working individual who will approach the workload with enthusiasm. This role is ideal for a Junior Childcare Lawyer looking to further their legal childcare knowledge within the Public Sector.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with Public Care proceedings, managing own caseload
  • Attending court, own advocacy
  • Providing advice on the Children Act & associated regulations

Applications will be considered from childcare lawyers with Public Sector and Private Practice backgrounds. The assignment will begin on an initial 3 months basis with the strong possibility for extension.
