Are you a qualified Solicitor looking to move into childcare law within a local authority? We are currently recruiting to a stunning area of the country with benefits such as free parking at offices.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake a caseload of childcare matters, with duties including but not limited to;

  • Handling a caseload of care proceedings
  • Conducting advocacy as required

Our client is offering lots of flexibility and home working arrangements will be available for a couple of days per week.

The ideal candidate for this role will be available to start straight away, full time for an initial period of 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension.

An excellent hourly rate of £40 to £45 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate.
