Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected, friendly and welcoming Local Authority childcare team.

The Childcare Lawyer role is located in the East Midlands, commutable from South Yorkshire and parts of the Midlands.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake their own caseload, with duties including but not limited to;

  • Handling a caseload of up to 12 - 15 childcare cases
  • Conducting advocacy at both contested and non-contested hearings
  • Attending and advising at meetings, as required

This opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer is anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum period of 6 months, with the potential to be extended. Although the client is ideally seeking a candidate on a full-time basis, part-time working and home working will be considered.
