Are you a qualified Solicitor looking to move into childcare law within a local authority? Or are you a local authority childcare lawyer who is looking for a new role? We are currently recruiting to a number of fantastic local authorities in the South West who are looking for additional support in their teams.
The successful Childcare Lawyer working in a local authority will, as standard:
- Handle a caseload of care proceedings
- Conduct advocacy as required
Our clients are offering lots of flexibility and home working, and are keen to meet requirements where possible.
The ideal candidates for these roles will be available to start straight away however in some instances our clients can wait for a notice period of up to a month. Full or part time hours will be considered for the right Childcare Lawyer with most assignments being for an initial 3 - 6 month period.
Hourly rates withing childcare are excellent, and the successful Childcare Lawyer could expect an hour rate of between £40-45 per hour via an umbrella company.
Candidates from either a private practice or public sector background are encouraged to apply.
