Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a number of Childcare Lawyer positions with South Yorkshire based Local Authorities, one of which will fall outside IR35.

The ideal candidate for these roles would be someone who has experience with public childcare matters, whether that be within a Local Authority or Private Practice.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to:

  • Handle a full caseload of care matters
  • Conduct advocacy for contested and non-contested hearings
  • Providing legal advice

Ideally, the Childcare Lawyer will be available immediately on a full-time basis, although candidates who are seeking part-time employment will also be considered. The roles vary from 3-6 months in length, but would likely go on longer.
