Sellick Partnership are currently seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer for a Local Authority based in West Yorkshire.

It is essential that applicants can hit the ground running and have relevant Childcare experience from either a public sector organisation or private practice. Candidates must be qualified Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives or equivalent.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 15 cases and will potentially be required to do some advocacy to include directions hearings.

In return, you will have the opportunity to join a friendly team of solicitors and will be supported by legal assistants.

This is a full time position to begin as soon as possible on an initial 3 month basis, although it is possible for the role to continue to 6 months and beyond. Our client can offer flexibility with homeworking.
