Childcare Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London on a contract basis.
About the role
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and time management skills to join a friendly social care team who has direct experience of childcare legal work, including emergency applications, care proceedings and adoption.
As a Childcare Lawyer, you will be providing advice on and the conduct of cases involving children's social services issues, care proceedings and general advice to the client department.
We feel that this role is ideal for an ambitious, self-starter who is looking to gain some excellent experience within a well-recognised, and highly experienced legal team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or those with 3+ years post qualification experience. Our client is happy to consider candidates from a private practice background who are interested in transferring into a local authority setting, however those with public sector experience are highly desirable.
