An East London Borough are looking for a Childcare Lawyer to join their friendly team. This a great opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join the Borough on a 3-month locum contract, with the strong possibility of extension.

The Childcare Lawyer will have a range of responsibilites relating to childcare law, such as:

  • Attending PLO meetings
  • Working on care cases
  • Processing care orders and emergency protection orders
  • Working on adoptions

The successful Childcare Lawyer will enjoy the possibility of flexible working, such as 1 day from home; the Borough are also located nearby to public transport links, and the safeguarding team are welcoming and supportive.

Experience of working in a local authority is a bonus, but isn't a requirement, as our client will happily consider those from other backgrounds who have experience of public childcare matters.
