A west London Borough Council are looking for a childcare lawyer to join their team. This is a locum childcare lawyer role at first, 3-6 months, but with the potential to extend the contract.

This is a great opportunity for a childcare lawyer to heighten their experience, while working within a supportive team. The childcare lawyer with be expected to deal with childcare matters, such as:

  • Emergency protection orders
  • Non-molestation orders
  • Care cases
  • Advocacy in the family, magistrates and crown court

The successful childcare lawyer will enjoy a range of benefits from the Council, including but not limited to; flexible working, up to 1-day working from home, and a competitive hourly rate. The Council is also well-situated, close-by to a large shopping centre and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Local Authority experience is desired but not vital, as our client will strongly consider those from other backgrounds, with transferable skills.
