Childcare Lawyer required to join an award-winning team within a large Local Authority based in East Anglia.

This Local Authority has a fantastic reputation for the high standard work they deliver and results they achieve - Wouldn't you like to be part of this team?!

Childcare Lawyer duties

* Handing a caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children matters
* Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings (this is not essential)
* Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care function
* Attend meetings and provide legal advice as required

The successful Childcare Lawyer will join a supportive, experienced legal team and training is will be required where necessary. Therefore this is a fantastic role for either a junior or more experienced candidate who can hit the ground running.

While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background will definitely be considered.
