Are you an experienced Childcare Lawyer seeking your next challenge within a South London Borough? I have an exciting role for you!

The successful candidate will be required to pick up a caseload from the outset, therefore it is important you have previous experience carrying a full childcare caseload with minimal supervision.

Duties to include:

- Provide advice, representation and undertake research relating to childcare matters, including; public law care proceedings, adoption, child protection and fostering

- Carry a caseload of matters in proceedings and pre - proceedings

- Attending PLO meetings

The successful Childcare Lawyer will ideally be available to work full-time hours and will be all remote for the time being.

My client is ideally looking for a candidate with experience in childcare law from the public sector; however those from private sectors will be considered.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Leah Edgar in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
