Are you looking for a Childcare Lawyer position starting in mid-September?
Sellick Partnership are currently assisting a London Borough Council to find an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join them from mid-September onwards.
This is a locum 3-month contract, expected to go onto a rolling basis.
The Childcare Lawyer will be joining a dynamic borough, with a welcoming and supportive team, who get interesting work.
The caseload will include the full range of child protection work, including:
- Care cases
- Dealing with neglect, domestic violence and cases with ongoing criminal proceedings
- Attending legal planning meetings and PLO meetings
- Advising on NRPF cases
- Dealing with JR cases
Prior experience in a similar role is essential for this post, given the nature of the work, it is a requirement that the Childcare Lawyer has worked within a local authority before. However, if you feel your skillset from another background is transferable, then please do get in touch.
