Are you looking for a Childcare Lawyer position within local government?
Sellick Partnership are currently assisting a London Borough Council to find an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join them from mid-September onwards.
This is a locum 3-month contract, expected to go onto a rolling basis.
The Childcare Lawyer will be joining a dynamic borough, with a welcoming and supportive team, who get interesting work.
The caseload will include the full range of child protection work, including:
- Care cases
- Dealing with neglect, domestic violence and cases with ongoing criminal proceedings
- Attending legal planning meetings and PLO meetings
- Advising on NRPF cases
- Dealing with JR cases
Prior experience in a similar role is essential for this post, with either experience of working within a local authority or extensive public childcare experience from another background.
