The successful candidate will be required to pick up a caseload from the outset, therefore it is important you have previous experience carrying a full public care caseload with minimal supervision.

Duties to include:

- Provide advice, representation and undertake research relating to childcare matters, including; public law care proceedings, adoption, child protection and fostering

- Carry a caseload of of around 13-14 care cases

- Attending PLO meetings

The successful candidate will be supported by two paralegals and my client is open to consider those who are Newly Qualified, as long as they have the relevant experience.
