Are you a Childcare Lawyer with experience of international child protection elements?

A friendly and reputable West London Borough Council is seeking a capable Childcare Lawyer to join their team on a locum contract, with the option for either full-time or part-time hours.

My client requires a Childcare Lawyer who can hit the ground running with the following matters:

  • Carrying 10-12 cases
  • Advising on all aspects of Child Law
  • Care proceedings
  • PLO cases
  • Complex cases including those with international elements
  • Regular advocacy (desirable)

It is essential that you have previous local authority experience, as they are not able to offer much training due to this being a locum position.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy an interesting caseload within a really lovely team. The council's Legal team prides themselves on their great reputation for being organised, successful and friendly.

In return, the successful Childcare Lawyer will enjoy an interesting caseload, remote working, flexible hours and a compteitive hourly rate!

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
