Are you a Childcare Lawyer on the lookout for your next opportunity?

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a maternity cover with a highly regarded London Borough Council. This is a locum role to extend for a minimum of 9 months with potential for further extension, it is fully remote working.

The Childcare Lawyer will:

  • Hold a caseload of care cases and pre-proceedings matters
  • Advise social workers
  • Liaise with counsel and external parties
  • Attending meetings
  • Draft applications and documents

The council are a fantastic team with a great reputation; the Childcare Lawyer will feel welcomed and supported.

Prior experience in childcare law is essential while local authority experience is desirable. The Childcare Lawyer can pick up advocacy if they wish to but this is not required or expected.
