An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a Local Authority in East Anglia on a Locum basis of 3-6 months with the view for extension. The council can offer fully remote but would like office attendance occasionally.
The childcare lawyer will be taking on daily tasks such as;
- Handling a caseload of care proceedings
- Lawyer case working
- Judicial Reviews
- Emergency protection order
- PLO matters
- Casework base - Advocacy in the family, magistrates and crown court
A Childcare lawyer with local authority experience is essential.
