An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a supportive and well supported Local Authority childcare team in Kent. This is a locum position, anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum period of 3-6 months with the view for extension. The council can offer fully remote working, if this is preferred.

The Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for managing approximately 12 cases in proceedings. Although our client would prefer for a candidate to undertake advocacy, they are willing to consider candidates who would prefer to solely manage a caseload.

Childcare Lawyers with experience gained from either the public or private sectors will be considered.

If you are interested, please apply immediately to be considered for short-listing. Alternatively, should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying, please do not hesitate to contact Laura Smith in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
