Childcare Lawyer Part-Time

Local Authority

Up to 12 months

£ Competitive

Part-time Childcare Lawyer is required to join a friendly Local Authority based in Bedfordshire on a locum basis.

Our client is urgently seeking a Childcare Lawyer to undertake a caseload on 3 days per week to cover a maternity leave for up to 12 months.

You will be required to undertake a small caseload of public childcare matters which will include both pre-proceeding and proceeding matters. There may be some advocacy required however there are in-house advocates to absorb this responsibility should your caseload not allow.

This role would be really well suited to those who are looking to work around other commitments or looking for a nice work-life balance.

The client is happy to consider home working for 1 day a week.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
