Are you a Childcare Lawyer or Advocate with significant court experience?
We have a new requirement for a Childcare Lawyer to join a popular East London Borough council on a locum basis. There is potential for this to be a Senior level role, depending on experience.
The assignment will begin on a 3 month contract with a view for rolling extension and will be conducted remotely.
My client is seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to come on board to handle the following:
- 8-10 care cases
- Some PLO files
- Conduct advocacy on behalf of the Council
- Interim review hearings
- Directions hearings
- Case management hearings
We are happy to consider candidates from both Public Sector and Private Practice backgrounds, as long as you can demonstrate the required skills listed above.
