We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for two Childcare Lawyers to join a fantastic local authority. Both Childcare Lawyer roles will be based in Greater Manchester, providing good transport links.

The successful Childcare Lawyers will undertake a caseload of childcare matters, with duties including but not limited to;

  • Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
  • Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
  • Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

The ideal candidates for the Childcare Lawyer roles will be available for an initial period of 3-6 months, and will be able to start immediately.
