We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join a great local authority. The Childcare Legal Assistant role is located in Birmingham, providing good transport links.
The successful Childcare Legal Assistant will undertake duties including but not limited to;
- Bundle work in relation to childcare matters
- Private law matters
- Dealing with family court orders and related documents; identifying where evidence complies with the care order
- Liaising with third parties
- Assisting the solicitors with the file management of their cases
This is a great opportunity for candidates with private practice experience looking to break into public sector work. Alternatively, you might be an experienced local authority childcare paralegal looking for your next challenge.
The successful Childcare Legal Assistant will be able to start immediately, full time for an initial 3 months+ period.
