We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join a great local authority. The Childcare Legal Assistant is located within Birmingham, providing good transport links.

Working closely with one of the main solicitors supporting them with their caseloads, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Update bundles
  • Request evidence from witnesses
  • Liaise with third parties and witnesses
  • Update the solicitor on case progression

Our client is looking for legal assistants who have experience in the field of litigation, either civil or criminal. Along with a proactive attitude to work and collaborative working, displaying a strong eye for detail and meticulous proof reading skills are essential.

The successful Childcare Legal Assistant will be available to start immediately, full time for an initial 3 months+ period.
