Childcare Legal Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join a great local authority based in South Yorkshire. The role offers benefits such as a nearby train station and good transport links across South Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

Working within a local authority Childcare team, the successful candidate will be required to assist childcare lawyers as required, undertaking duties including but not limited to;

  • Drafting case summaries and applications
  • Updating bundles
  • Conducting legal research as required
  • Liaising with social workers and colleagues

The ideal candidate for the Childcare Legal Assistant role will be available to start straight away, ideally full time for an initial 2 months period.

Candidates who have prior experience gained within childcare law are encouraged to apply.
