Sellick Partnership are currently working in partnership with a high performing private practice in the recruitment of a Childcare Legal Assistant to join their legal team, specialising in the area of child protection law.

The team are highly regarded in the specialist area, and are led by widely regarded leading professionals in this highly specialised legal area; you will learn and develop from the best in the industry. You will ideally have more than 6 months' experience of working in either family or childcare law, within a private practice or public sector body, for success with this application process.
The role of the Childcare Legal Assistant will entail the following:
-Support solicitors in the Childcare team with bundling
-Liaising with clients
-Collating documents to file and serve on all parties
-Issuing and serving witness summons
-Assisting in drafting other legal documents
