An opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join a quasi- organisation in Kent.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join a vibrant, forward-thinking business in the heart of Kent. You will be part of a big, encouraging Childcare team with lots of progressions opportunities.

As a Childcare Legal Assistant you will support solicitors getting exposure to intricate Public Children Law; duties of the Childcare Legal Assistant will include:

  • Preparing court bundles
  • Liaising with clients
  • Collating documents to file
  • Issuing and serving witness summons
  • Drafting documents

You will learn and develop from some of the best legal professionals in the industry and be part of a business that instils progression alongside a Work, Life, Balance approach.

You will ideally have 6 months' experience of working in either Family or Childcare Law, within a Private Practice or Public Sector body and have completed or are working towards your LPC. Please be aware, if you are working towards your LPC there is an opportunity for part time.
