Childcare Legal Assistant

We're currently assisting a London Borough Council in their search for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join their team on a locum basis. The opportunity is an initially 3-month contract, with the view to extend.

The Childcare Legal Assistant will be working remotely for the time being, returning to the council offices when possible. The workload will include preparing and checking bundles, drafting letters and legal documents such as disclosure requests, alongside administrative duties, such as filing and maintaining diaries, etc.

Given the initial remote working of the role, our client is looking for someone who has held a similar role before, ideally within a local authority or another public sector body.
