I am currently working with a large organisation that is looking to bring in a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) to join their busy childcare team as a locum lawyer. This is a full time role, although candidates looking for a 4 day week will be considered. This client is working remotely for the forseeable and they are able to provide successful candidates with all the IT equipment necessary to join their team on a remote working basis. This role is ideal for a childcare lawyer who has gained their experience in either a private firm or local government. Knowledge and considerable experience of working with the Children's Act 1989 is essential. Whilst this client offers a supportive environment, they are unable to offer training and do require candidates to be able to hold their own care files, condiuctng both the case management and also the advocacy at court on cases.
