A Local Authority based in central Birmingham is currently seeking a Childcare Locum to join their friendly team.
Our client is keen to hear from candidates who are from either a public sector or private practice background, so long as they have childcare or family law experience. This would also be a great opportunity for someone from another litigious area of law who is seeking experience in a new area whilst enhancing their skill set.
The workload for this role will consist of a range of childcare matters, which may include:
- Child Protection
- Special Guardianship
- Fostering Legislation
- Adoption Law
The successful Childcare Lawyer will have one to one legal assistant support, as well as wider support of the central administration team.
This is a full-time locum position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, however, it is likely the assignment will become more long-term. There will also be some flexibility with homeworking on offer.
Our client's offices are centrally based in Birmingham and are easily accessible by all forms of public transport.
