Maternity Cover - up to 12 months
A busy yet supportive local authority legal team require the support of an experienced childcare locum to join the team from April 2021 to cover a maternity leave of up to 12 months.
The successful childcare locum will undertake a mix of casework and advocacy. Duties include:
- Managing a mixed caseload of care and pre-proceedings
- Undertaking advocacy at CRM, IRH and directions hearings
- Providing advice and case management support to other related matters as required
The role will be remote for the first few months of the assignment however there may be some requirement to attend the office at least once a month later in the year.
Candidates will ideally have previous local authority experience however, those with a public childcare law background from private practice are also encourage to apply.
