We are currently recruiting for a Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in London.

As a Childcare Lawyer, you will be the first point of contact for clients to provide accurate legal advice. Your day to day caseload will also include;

  • Judicial Reviews
  • Immigration
  • Child Protection cases

The ideal candidate will have significant Childcare Law and Administrative Law experience and be able to build excellent working relationships with diverse communities. You should thrive under pressure and use your initiative to think on your feet.

You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent, with previous experience of working within the public sector being desirable. This role will require you to conduct advocacy in courts when required. It is essential that you have No Recourse to Public Funds for this position.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, supportive team within a regarded council. The offices are located close by to good public transport links, shops and restaurants.
