Childcare Paralegal

6 Months Fixed Term Contract

£25,000 - £28,000

Childcare Paralegal is required to join a local authority in Bedfordshire for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be joining a large and busy team and therefore our client is looking for someone who has experience already within public childcare law either within a local authority or private practice setting.

You will be supporting two lawyers and also will be managing a small caseload of PLO or pre proceeding matters under the supervision of a solicitor. You will be confident in drafting documentation to assist with supporting the solicitors you will be working with. Our client is looking for someone who has a real passion for this area of law who can show enthusiasm and has team effort.

The role will be working remotely for the majority of the position however you may be required to go into the office to complete tasks which cannot be done remotely on the odd occossian and candidates must be able to drive due to the location of the local authority.
