Our client, a public sector organisation based in Warwick is currently looking for a childcare paralegal to join their team.

As a childcare paralegal you will be tasked with assisting solicitors with preparing bundles for court and collating evidence in relation to pubic childcare cases. You will also hold your own caseload of private law matters, namely section 7 and section 37 reports.

This is the perfect opportunity for an already experienced legal assistant to take the next step in their career and be afforded the responsibility of their own cases.

My client is open to considering candidates with public or private sector experience, but previous experience of childcare law is essential for this position.

The Paralegal role is to join an established team and is a full time post which is office based.

The role is for an initial 3 month period, but this shall then be reviewed and there is a strong potential for it to be extended beyond this for the right candidate.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
