Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Childcare Paralegal to join a Local Authority based in South Wales.

This Childcare Paralegal position would be well suited to someone who has previous experience of dealing with childcare or family in the public sector, although candidates who have gained similar experience in the private sector will also be considered.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to establish themselves in the legal sector and build up their skillset within a friendly team.

The successful Childcare Paralegal will be required to take on a mixed workload which may involve:

  • Supporting the team of childcare lawyers
  • Updating and preparing court bundles
  • Preparing witness statements
  • Preparing court applications

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, although it is highly likely that the role will continue to 6 months and beyond.
