Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Childcare Paralegal to join a friendly local authority team.

The ideal candidate for the Childcare Paralegal role will have prior experience of child or family law. It's a great opportunity for a paralegal to take the next step in their career and take on more responsibility.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Support childcare solicitors in the team
  • Knowledge of public child care law
  • Preparing bundles
  • Gathering evidence
  • Preparing witness statements
  • Drafting applications such as part 25 applications
  • Liaising with court, client department and counsel

The Childcare Legal office role will be on a full time basis for an initial 3 month period but with a strong likelihood of extension.
