Childcare Paralegals are required to join a social enterprise firm based in Northamptonshire on permanent basis.
Our client is happy to consider candidates at the more junior level who are looking to gain invaluable experience within a firm that solely focuses on local government childcare work. This firm has one key client and you will be able to act on behalf of the local authority. You will receive full training to assist you in your role and will be joining a large team of varying levels of experience.
Those candidates that have previous experience in family or childcare and are keen to progress with a more hands on casework role, are also encouraged to apply. This firm are currently undergoing a new restructure so that there is 1 lawyer to 1 paralegal. This allows paralegals to get hands on experience of asissting lawyers with their caseloads and you would be able to undertake some of your own matters which include PLO and pre proceeding mattes alongside adoption cases.
The local authority client has some really interesting and complex cases so you will be exposed to a full range of childcare matters which will give you the knowledge and skill set for those looking to really make a career within childcare.
Our client also offers training contracts throughout the year which will give you an opportunity to develop your legal career further.
