Childcare Lawyer required to join local authority based in Sussex for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

As a Childcare Lawyer, you will be looking after a wide variety of cases which will include;

  • Care and adoption proceedings
  • Pre-proceedings
  • Drafting documents

The ideal candidate would have public childcare experience and preferably be from a public sector background, however those from a private practice will be considered. This role requires some advocacy, therefore experience of this is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and supportive team, who offer lots of support from paralegals and legal assistants.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Amy Swain in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
