Family Childcare Solicitor, Greater Manchester, Competitive Salary

Sellick Partnership are working closely with a fantastic regional firm, who are looking to acquire a Child Care Solicitor to their Bury office. Our client is well known for being a strong brand within the North West market, as well as being a collaborative and forward thinking environment.

The team are looking to take on a capable Childcare Lawyer who is experienced in dealing with child protection cases and who will ideally be able to conduct advocacy in the Family Court representing the Council.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload effectively, with a high level of autonomy as well as assist junior/senior members of the team.

Key areas of experience include:

  • Experience in publically funded Child Care and Child Protection matters
  • Have worked on PLO, and SGO matters to a complex level.
  • Will have experience providing legal advice to Children Services departments of councils
