Job Description: They are seeking an experienced Children Law Panel Accredited Managing Associate to join their dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in children law and a proven track record of handling complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in all aspects of children law, including care proceedings, adoption, and child protection.
• Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Managing a diverse caseload with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive legal services.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in children law and related legislation.

Requirements:

• Children Law Panel Accreditation.
• Significant experience in children law.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively.
