A large West London Borough are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This great opportunity for a Civil Litigation Lawyer is an initially locum 3-6 month contract, with the view to extend.

The Civil Litigation Lawyer will have a range of duties, such as:

  • Advising and having conduct of legal files for the Local Authority's clients, including housing associations and schools
  • Providing advice and representation on civil litigation matters, including housing, homelessness and licensing
  • Conducting advocacy

The Civil Litigation Lawyer should have significant PQE of relevant legal work and a thorough grounding in civil litigation. The ideal Civil Litigation Lawyer will have local authority experience, but our client will happily consider those from other legal backgrounds with a relevant skillset.
